As the wireless sensor network has made its steps in mobility based applications like health monitoring, wildlife monitoring, search and rescue, it is desirable to have a reliable routing protocol to deal with the routing issues of mobile sensor nodes and battery is also the main constraint for sensor nodes so routing protocol should be energy efficient. Existing approaches for routing in Cluster Based Mobile Wireless S ensor Network (MWS N) considered nodes equipped with GPS for getting its location and delay in joining the mobile node that get out of the cluster in joining new cluster is high. Also the routing between cluster heads is not discussed in existing approaches. S o in this study, the fault tolerant routing protocol has been proposed that achieve fault tolerance of cluster heads while routing and mobility management of mobile sensor nodes to reduce packet loss during data transmission in MWS N.

Mobile Wireless sensor networks have acquired a great interest recently due to their capability to provide good solutions and low-priced in multiple fields. Internet of Things (IoT) connects different technologies such as sensing, communication, networking, and cloud computing. It can be used in monitoring, health care and smart cities. The most suitable infrastructure for IoT application is wireless sensor networks. One of the main defiance of WSNs is the power limitation of the sensor node. Clustering model is an actual way to eliminate the inspired power during the transmission of the sensed data to a central point called a Base Station (BS). In this paper, efficient clustering protocols are offered to prolong network lifetime. A kernel-based fuzzy C-means clustering algorithm (KFCM) is adopted to cluster sensor nodes, while a cluster head (CH) is selected for each cluster based on a fuzzy logic system. Results depicts that the new work performs better than the existing algorithms (as Low Energy Adaptive Cluster Hierarchy-Mobile (LEACH-M) and Low Energy Adaptive Cluster Hierarchy-Mobile Enhancement (LEACH-ME)) in terms of network lifetime, energy consumption, packet transmission and stability period. Abstract-Mobile environment has many issues due to mobility, energy limitations and status changing over time. Routing method is an important issue and has a significant impact in mobile networks, whereas selecting the optimum routing path will reduce the wasting in network resources, reduce network overhead and increase network reliability and lifetime. To decide which path will achieve the networks objectives, we need to construct a new routing algorithm that uses context attributes of a mobile device such as available bandwidth, residual energy, connection number and mobility value. In this paper, we propose a new mobile nodes ranking scheme based on the combination of two multi-criteria decision making approaches, the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and the technique for order performance by similarity to ideal solution (TOPSIS) in Fuzzy environments. The Fuzzy AHP is used to analyze the structure of the clusterhead selection problem and to determine weights of the criteria, while the Fuzzy TOPSIS method is used to obtain the final mobile node ranking value. By basing on node ranking, we propose a new cluster based routing algorithm select the optimal clusterheads and the best routing path. Our simulation results show that the proposed method increases the network accuracy and lifetime and reduces network overhead.
