Abstract:Single-walled Carbon nanotubes (SWCNTs) have been shown to have excellent conductive properties. SWCNTs were dispersed in a SiC nanoparticle matrix to form a homogeneous mixture that is both mechanically durable and conductive. The SWCNT amount has been varied.
