Enhanced Bandwidth Based Handover Decision Making Algorithm For Small Cell Wireless Networks

Abstract: In small cell wireless networks, fast and precise vertical handover decision making algorithms are needed to minimize the handover failures and unnecessary handovers, especially in high-speed scenario.
