Enhanced Anti-Angiogenic and Anticancer Efficacy of Nanoformulated Catechin in the Chemoprevention of Skin Cancer

Abstract: Aim: Nontoxic epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG) from green tea significantly inhibits tumors in many cancers, including melanoma. Despite the benefits, EGCG has poor stability therefore, to enhance bioavailability and anticancer efficiency, we synthesized 3 nanoformulations.
