Abstract: Surface plasmon polaritons (SPPs) are widely used for surface micro/nanostructures detection. However, because of the limitations of the common SPPs excitation conditions, it is difficult to flexibly detect surface micro/nanostructures in the air without being limited by the substrate structure.
