The use of data innovation has led to changes in people’s lifestyle and productivity, as well as in the mode of schooling and educating. As the application of data innovation in the field of schooling turns out to be increasingly extensive, there is a growing use of modern technology and methods of data presentation. This paper aims to promote an alternative language teaching mode in the PC network environment and support the ecological development of online language teaching. This paper proposes using educational environments to guide the integration of computer networks and foreign language courses, which can help address the imbalanced foundations and environmental disturbances in online language teaching. The principals and laws of schooling environment are utilized to create and improve a teaching model that can be environmentally adapted for online foreign language teaching. In the process of testing the teaching system, the experimental results demonstrate that the adaptive GA-BPNN algorithm converged in only 6 iterations with a smooth error sum of 0.19, which increased convergence speed by 76%. The mean sum of squared error was also reduced by 79%. The comparison shows that the adaptive GA-BPNN variant can quickly achieve global optimization.

<p style="text-align: justify;"><em>This research aims to understand strategies and techniques for teaching Arabic that a teacher can apply to learn Arabic using the language immersion method. Using this method, students can learn languages by interacting directly with the language environment in which they will learn them to learn how to speak, read, write, or listen directly. By collecting data from articles that discuss language immersion in language learning, researchers use a type of qualitative research with the nature of library studies that use books and scientific works as the object of study, which are then analyzed descriptively to produce a clear, systematic, objective, analytical, and critical discussion of strategies and techniques for teaching Arabic using language immersion. The results of the literature analysis show that strategies and techniques for teaching Arabic using the language immersion method effectively improve students' speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills. The key aspects of this method are the focus on active conversation, speaking practice, intensive listening exposure, reading and understanding of Arabic texts, and writing activities.</em></p>

Problem-based learning offers an efficient method of teaching spoken English to EFL students at colleges. By utilizing communicative and problem-solving techniques, learners are able to acquire the language through immersive exercises. Students would have the chance to collaborate while studying and customize the curriculum to fit their unique needs and objectives. They can learn a language more deeply by combining real-world discussions and language learning activities.
