Engineering Professionalism: A Means of Growth and Change

Abstract: At a time of shrinking employment, the pivotal role of technology in the petroleum industry's future is widely acknowledged. This technological dilemma is discussed in recent presentations from the viewpoint of corporate restructuring and the overhaul of the educational system. This paper explores the personal and professional growth required for an individual to meet tomorrow's challenges.
