Engineering Highly Thermostable Cas12b via De Novo Structural Analyses for One-Pot Detection of Nucleic Acids

Abstract: Clustered Regularly Interspaced Short Palindromic Repeats (CRISPR)-based diagnostics have elevated nucleic acid detection in terms of sensitivity, specificity, and rapidity in recent years.
