“…The optoplasmonic structure, embracing low-loss channel modes, efficiently transmits optical energy and thus excites stronger LSPR, which leads to extraordinary E-field enhancement effects . Combining different structural morphologies with the photonic–plasmonic interaction, optoplasmonic structures enable SERS substrates with excellent detecting performance and other features, including agglomeration resistance. , Common designs of optoplasmonic structures include dielectric resonators combined with noble metal NPs in the periphery of the photonic modes. , The inherent optoplasmonic interaction between the LSPR particles and the dielectric spheres provides amplified E-field intensity and therefore brings improved detection performance of SERS.
