It is found that the uniform shift of energy levels of the entire configuration, E AVG that represents the spherically symmetric electron contribution, the net-electrostatic effect, P F K experienced by the Sm 3+ ion and spin-orbit interaction parameter, x values are slightly smaller than other Sm 3+ -doped glass hosts [16][17][18][19]. However, the values of hydrogenic ratios F 2 =F 4 , F 2 =F 6 and F 4 =F 6 indicate the radial integral parts of the f-orbitals of rare-earth ions.…”
