Energy spectra due to the intrinsic radiation of LYSO/LSO scintillators for a wide range of crystal sizes

Abstract: Most detectors in current positron emission tomography (PET) scanners and prototypes use lutetium oxyorthosilicate (LSO) or lutetium yttrium oxyorthosilicate (LYSO) scintillators.
