Abstract: This paper develops a new genetic algorithm based resource allocation (GA-RA) technique for energy-efficient throughout maximization in multi-user massive multiple-input multiple-output (MU-mMIMO) systems using orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) based transmission.
