Energy efficient resources allocations for wireless communication systems

Abstract: The energy consumption level of the telecommunication process has become a new consideration in resource management scheme. It is becoming a new parameter in the resource management scheme besides throughput, spectral efficiency, and fairness. This work proposes a power control scheme and user grouping method to keep the rational energy consumption level of the resource management scheme. Inverse water-filling power allocation is a power allocation scheme that optimizes the energy efficiency by giving the powe… Show more

“…In this phase, a formal interview is conducted with the chief executive officer (CEO), plant manager, energy manager, and production manager. In this phase, a brief meeting is also conducted with all the heads and the concerned person [36]. During the pre-audit phase, the energy auditor or accredited energy auditor intends to take the following measure: -Discusses with the site manager about the aim of the comprehensive energy audit -Explains the meaning of the comprehensive energy audit and data needed during the audit phase -Analyzes the major area of energy consumption -Obtains the site drawings such as a single line diagram of the electrical circuit, building layout, HVAC system.…”

“…The results showed an increase in Energy Efficiency by using the proposed iterative resource allocation and power control scheme. In [7] proposed power control scheme and user grouping method to keep the rational energy consumption level of the resource management scheme. The result showed the user grouping method is a solution for Carrier Aggregation (CA) scheme that prevents edge cell user get the resources from the highfrequency carrier.…”

“…Other studies have been carried out to obtain low power consumption from wireless sensors and collect distributed data in monitoring environmental parameters of the production of greenhouse plants [18] and data fusion [19]. Several studies of energy-efficient also conduct in other various fields such as the telecommunication process [20] and for underwater sensors [21]. According to the similar works and previous studies about analyzing energy consumption it can be summarized that there is a lot of study and research that attempted how to reducing and analyzing energy consumptions since there are many different views in analyzing energy consumptions.…”
