Currently, the development of the country's economy is characterized by the trend of globalization, which is constantly developing, modernizing, acquiring new forms and features, which ultimately radically changed the way of the world economy. The task was set to analyze and propose options for improving the investment attractiveness and efficiency of the functioning of the special economic zone of the industrial and production type "Center" in the Voronezh Region. The analysis of the existing territory was carried out, as a result of which the weaknesses and opportunities for modernization and development of the zone as a whole were identified. The article presents proposals for increasing and reorganizing the territory, develops a development plan, and suggests ways to attract customers and investments from an architectural and construction point of view. The levels of interaction between humans and the architectural and landscape environment are studied, and the key points of development are identified. The results obtained make it possible to apply and evaluate according to these criteria with the specified characteristics, using the design code development methodology to increase the efficiency of the territory's functioning.

In the urban landscape of Bangalore, the rapid proliferation of consumerism has led to a complex web of buying behaviors, often driven by exploitative marketing tactics. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of social marketing strategies in mitigating such exploitation and fostering more responsible consumer behavior. The research employs a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative analysis of consumer trends with qualitative insights from marketing experts and urban consumers. Through surveys and interviews conducted across diverse demographic segments in Bangalore, the study seeks to uncover the prevalent patterns of exploitative buying behavior and the underlying factors influencing consumer decisions. Central to the investigation are the social marketing strategies implemented by various stakeholders, including governmental bodies, non-profit organizations, and corporate entities. These strategies encompass a range of interventions, such as public awareness campaigns, regulatory measures, and corporate social responsibility initiatives. The study evaluates the impact of these strategies on consumer attitudes, awareness levels, and actual purchasing behavior. Findings indicate a widespread prevalence of exploitative buying behavior among Bangalore's urban populace, fueled by factors such as peer pressure, advertising influence, and lack of information regarding ethical consumption choices. However, the research also highlights the positive influence of social marketing initiatives in curbing such tendencies. Notably, campaigns emphasizing ethical consumption, sustainable practices, and community welfare have shown promise in reshaping consumer attitudes and preferences. Furthermore, regulatory measures aimed at restricting deceptive advertising and promoting transparency in business practices have contributed to fostering a more ethical marketplace. Overall, this study underscores the critical role of social marketing in regulating exploitative buying behavior in Bangalore's urban sector. By leveraging insights from this research, policymakers, businesses, and civil society organizations can devise more targeted and impactful strategies to promote responsible consumerism and create a more equitable and sustainable marketplace.

Excess anthropogenic CO2 in the atmosphere above urban areas can create an isolated heat island closely related to dense cities. Adding more green spaces may be strenuous because of the lack of public spaces. The upgrowth of the human population, along with anthropogenic activities, is the critical factor that escalates the effect of the urban heat island. However, they could be the most prominent resources to decrease it by utilizing community gardens or their private land as a functional green space. This paper is a literature study to determine the importance of urban gardening for heat island mitigation. We also conducted a spatial analysis to measure land surface temperature to understand the benefit of urban gardens for dense cities. Based on the previous studies, promoting urban gardening to the citizens can be an effective strategy to increase the green space proportion to meet the requirement for a healthy urban environment. Urban gardens help reduce the heat island effect by creating thermal comfort, reducing flood risk and water runoff, and conserving energy for building architects. This paper also recommends strategic plans for policymakers to achieve practical urban gardening as an urban heat island mitigation strategy.
