Energy drink ingredients. Contribution of caffeine and taurine to performance outcomes

Abstract: While the performance-enhancing effects of energy drinks are commonly attributed to caffeine, recent research has shown greater facilitation of performance postconsumption than typically expected from caffeine content alone.
