Energy Consumption Analysis of a Continuous Flow Ohmic Heater with Advanced Process Controls

Abstract: This paper presents an analysis of the energy consumption of a continuous flow ohmic heater (CFOH) with advanced process controls for heating operations in the food and drinks industry.
