Abstract:This paper discusses the evolution of the knowledge on some aspects of vegetative dystonia and psychosomatic conditions as well as the hierarchy of various organs and systems. The role of the immune system in the development of psychosomatic conditions is emphasized. The data on the specifics of psycho-emotional reactions in children depending on age and the type of underlying pathological condition are addressed.
