Abstract: [Purpose] Doxorubicin (DOX) is a chemotherapeutic medication broadly used to treat diverse cancers. However, chronic DOX chemotherapy can cause myotoxicity and muscle atrophy. Endurance exercise (EXE) is used to prevent negative muscle excitation.
