Endovascular treatment of innominate artery pseudoaneurysm

Abstract: Pseudoaneurysm of the innominate artery is atypical and engenders after blunt chest trauma. One of the uncommon conditions secondary to innominate artery aneurysm is tracheal stenosis, and progressive dyspnoea as the clinical presentation of a pseudoaneurysm is even more unusual.
