Endovascular treatment of haemorrhagic pancreatic serous cystadenoma

Abstract: Background Pancreatic microcystic serous cystadenoma are rare benign pancreatic tumors. No treatment is needed in most cases as this lesion is often discovered incidentally. Surgery is not required except in symptomatic cases.
