Abstract:Surgical treatment of abdominal aortic aneurysm in patients with a transplanted kidney is true a challenge. Conventional open repair of the aneurysm requires aortic cross-clamping. Therefore, it can pose a risk of ischemic injury to the transplanted kidney.
