Abstract: Below is a case report of treatment of a patient with persistent tachysystolic atrial fibrillation (AF), chronic heart failure (CHF) with a moderately reduced left ventricular ejection fraction (EF) and patent foramen ovale (PFO) with an atrial septal aneurysm.
