Endovascular Management of Hepatic Artery Pseudoaneurysm

“…Treatment options for either common or proper hepatic artery pseudo-aneurysms includes surgical or endovascular therapy. In the case of intrahepatic pseudo-aneurysms, excellent results have been reported with endovascular treatment [20] . In our case, remarkably is the fact that this patient had or developed arterial communicants from left to right liver, which fed the pseudo-aneurysm to bleed, since right hepatic artery was previously ligated.…”
