Abstract: Aortic graft and endograft infections remain a significant source of morbidity and mortality after abdominal aortic aneurysm repair. With graft excision and extra-anatomic bypass, an infrarenal aortic stump remains which can have suture line dehiscence and catastrophic stump blowout.
