Abstract:Background:
The medial posterior choroidal artery (MPCA) aneurysm is extremely uncommon. Thus yet, just a few cases have been reported. Due to the deep position, narrow lumen, fragile walls, and extensive tortuosity, both endovascular and microsurgical procedures are strictly limited. A case study of successful endovascular glue embolization of a left MPCA aneurysm and a literature review is included in this report.
