Endothelial function in mild primary hyperparathyroidism

Abstract: Background It is not known if endothelial dysfunction, an important early event in the pathogenesis of atherosclerosis, is present in mild primary hyperparathyroidism (PHPT) and if so, whether it improves following parathyroidectomy.
