Endoscopic transorbital eyelid approach for the removal of an extraconal cavernous venous malformation: Case report

Abstract: Cavernous venous malformations (CVMs) are one of the most common benign primary orbital lesions in adults and the second most frequent cause of unilateral proptosis.
