Abstract: Objective Fourth ventricular and juxta fourth ventricular arachnoid cysts (ACs) are rare clinical entities. Conventionally, ACs are managed with either micro-surgical excision or cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) diversionary procedures such as a shunt. Effective treatment modality still remains controversial.
