Endoscopic total extraperitoneal repair of primary and recurrent inguinal hernias

Abstract: This study confirms the preliminary success of TEP for primary inguinal hernia repair, as previously reported. The high recurrence rate after endoscopic repair of recurrent hernias needs to be studied further.
