Endoscopic TEP Inguinal Hernia Repair in the Management of Occult Obturator and Femoral Hernias

Abstract: Preoperative and perioperative findings were discordant in quite a few cases. Preperitoneal dissection discovered coincidental occult hernias in 6.25% of patients.
