Endoscopic Sinus Surgery with Antrostomy Has Better Early Endoscopic Recovery in Comparison to the Ostium-Preserving Technique

Abstract: Background. Endoscopic sinus surgery (ESS) is considered for chronic rhinosinusitis (CRS) after failure of conservative therapy. Objective.
