Endoscopic nasopharyngectomy for salvage in nasopharyngeal carcinoma: A novel anatomic orientation

Abstract: This anatomic study provides novel orienting landmarks for endoscopic nasopharyngectomy. Surgeons can efficiently and safely deal with residual and/or recurrent NPC endoscopically.
