Endoscopic Medial Maxillectomy with Preservation of Inferior Turbinate and Nasolacrimal Duct

Abstract: EMMM produces access to the maxillary sinus identically to conventional EMM, despite preservation of the inferior turbinate and nasolacrimal duct.
