Abstract:Despite the large number of publications devoted to the diagnosis of laryngeal pathology, the issues of timely and early diagnosis of malignant neoplasms of this localization still remain very relevant. In 2022, the proportion of patients with laryngeal cancer in stages I-II was 40.3%, stage III - 30.3%, stage IV - 28.4%, while 13.1% were actively detected. Accordingly, stage III-IV cancer of the larynx accounts for 58.7%.
