Endoscopic characteristics and management of Subepithelial Lesions in Video-Gastascopie

Abstract: The basic concept of Neuroanesthesia & Neuro Critical Care is referred to as the ABCDE of neuroanesthesia. Early Brain Injury (EBI) was formerly known as primary brain injury. In EBI there is a loss of autoregulation and loss of blood-brain barrier integrity. The presence of Cushing's triad indicates the presence of intracranial hypertension. The target of blood pressure in traumatic brain injury (TBI) is to avoid blood pressure systolic <110 mmHg, maintain cerebral perfusion pressure (CPP) 60-70 mmHg, … Show more

“…Each pancreatic lobe, including the left, right, and middle (body) components, was washed with 0.9% normal saline. The fixative used to prevent postmortem changes was a sizable volume of either 10% neutral buffered formalin or Bouin's fixative (Al-Kuraishy et al, 2022a;Kurauti et al, 2021). The fixation process with 10% neutral buffered formalin lasted for 24-48 h in comparison to Bouin's fixative.…”

“…Furthermore, psychological distress, depression, anxiety disorders, and substance abuse are observed, particularly in women <45 and >65 years old. TBIs often co-occur with polytraumatic injuries, including multiorgan injuries, fractures, burns, or amputations, and these injuries require a rehabilitation team specialized in the neurorehabilitation of TBI [ 4 10 ]. A few drugs are being tested for TBI, such as methamphetamine, melanocortin, minocycline plus N-acetylcysteine, and cycloserine.…”
