Endoparasites Determined by Fecal Examination in Sheep in Erzurum Province

Abstract: Amaç: Bu çalışmanın amacı, Erzurum ilinde yetiştirilen koyunlarda Eimeria ve helmint türlerinin varlığını ve yaygınlığını dışkı bakısı ile ortaya koymaktır. Yöntemler: Dışkı örnekleri, Şubat-Mart 2019 tarihlerinde Aziziye, Yakutiye ve Palandöken ilçelerinde yetiştirilen farklı yaş ve cinsiyetteki 784 koyundan toplandı. Toplanan dışkı örnekleri Fulleborn flotasyon, Benedek sedimentasyon ve Baermann-Wetzel metotları ile incelendi.
