Abstract:Rationale:
Apical hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (ApHCM) is a phenotypic variant of hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. Endomyocardial fibrosis and endocardial calcification are especially rare in ApHCM.
Patient concerns:
