Abstract: Rationale: Apical hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (ApHCM) is a phenotypic variant of hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. Endomyocardial fibrosis and endocardial calcification are especially rare in ApHCM. Patient concerns: The main symptoms was chest tightness, palpitation, shortness of breath, and fatigue.
