Endometritis granulomatosa por tuberculosis en mujer postmenopaúsica

Abstract: Introducción: La tuberculosis (TBC) genital es una infección relativamente poco frecuente en la mujer. Afecta principalmente a mujeres menores de 40 años, y el motivo de consulta más usual es la esterilidad, de ahí la importancia de su diagnóstico precoz. Caso clínico: Se presenta el caso de una paciente con dolor pélvico crónico que acude a nuestras consultas para valoración.
