Endometrial prostaglandin F2α in vitro production and its modulation regarding dominant follicle position in cattle

Abstract: Prostaglandin F2α (PGF2α) determines luteolysis in cattle, and the ability to manipulate its endogenous synthesis is indispensible for large-scale animal breeding.
