Endometrial neuroendocrine carcinoma frequently associated with mismatch repair deficiency

Abstract: Background: Endometrial neuroendocrine carcinoma (NEC) is a uncommon histologic subtype of endometrial cancer. It is currently unclear if the endometrial NEC has any particular relationship with mismatch repair (MMR) protein expression patterns.
