Endometrial cancer recurrence in the sacrum and the Psoas: A case report and literature review

Abstract: Highlights Our study describes an isolated recurrence in the sacrum and iliopsoas muscle. Chemotherapy followed by definitive radiation can be an effective treatment plan. Our case may closely resemble the Malignant Psoas Syndrome.
