Endometrial Cancer

Abstract: Overview Endometrial carcinoma is the most frequent gynecologic cancer in the United States with over 65,000 new cases diagnosed per year. Over 80% have the classic estrogen‐dependent endometrioid histology with a favorable prognosis.
