“…The screening protocol used in this study included OPH in addition to the recommended tests (TVS, EB, and CA125). This was justified by the knowledge that HNPCC EC can be present in endometrial polyps and that OPH is superior to TVS alone at detecting focal endometrial lesions (13,27,28) .
