Abstract:The ion channel two‐pore channel 2 (TPC2), localised on the membranes of acidic organelles such as endo‐lysosomes and melanosomes, has been shown to play a role in pathologies including cancer, and it is differently expressed in primary versus metastatic melanoma cells.
