Endolaryngeal Excision of Recurrent Laryngeal Nerve Neurofibroma

Abstract: Vagal schwannomas, compromising 1% of head and neck neo plasms, are the commonest neurogenic tumors of the neck. Recurrent laryngeal nerve neurofibromas are even rarer. We report such a case, excised totally by an endolaryngeal approach. New trends in diagnosis and immunohistochemistry are discussed.
