Abstract: The zinc finger antiviral protein 1 (ZAP) has broad antiviral activity. Previous RNA-seq analyses were conducted in uninfected wild-type and ZAP-KO cells; however, the impact of ZAP on global gene expression during virus infection remains unknown.
