Endocrine-inactive pituitary tumors: pathology and current approaches to diagnosis and treatment

Abstract: pathological hormone secretion, the clinical presentation is determined by the localization of the tumor. Common symptoms include headache and visual field defects. This review addresses the pathology aspects of diagnosis, conservative treatment, and methods of radiation therapy.
