Abstract:BackgroundInferoseptal process of the left ventricle (ISP‐LV) might be a source of idiopathic ventricular arrhythmias. In these cases, ectopic foci are accessible from the LV endocardium, epicardially from the middle cardiac vein as well as from the right atrium (RA).
