Abstract: Background Fibrosing mediastinitis (FM) secondary to atypical sarcoidosis (atypical presentation of sarcoidosis) is rarely reported at home and abroad. Its clinical manifestations represent a lack of specificity, and the initial diagnosis is frequently difficult.
