Encoding of plant odours by receptor neurons in the pine weevil (Hylobius abietis) studied by linked gas chromatography-electrophysiology

Abstract: Receptor neuron responses to plant volatiles, trapped by head-space procedures, were examined in the pine weevil Hylobius abietis, using gas chromatography linked with electrophysiological recordings from single neurons.
